A Fayetteville insurance agency for the south side of Atlanta

Trilith grew up around the studios that opened as Pinewood Atlanta in 2014, and the town around them now has homes, shops and offices. Our office is part of that. Most of our Georgia clients, though, are a short drive away in every direction: families in Peachtree City and Tyrone, contractors and retailers along Highway 85 and Highway 54, warehouses off I-75 in Henry County, and businesses near the airport in Clayton County.

If you came here from treeinsuranceagencyga.com, you’re in the right place. That site has moved to this page. The Fayetteville office, its local number and the info@treeinsuranceagencyga.com address haven’t changed, and you can still reach us on our toll-free line, (888) 994-7692.

Storms the south metro has already seen

On March 26, 2021, an EF4 tornado with winds near 170 mph cut through Newnan, damaging more than 1,700 homes in Coweta County and heavily damaging Newnan High School. Three and a half years later, Helene’s rain arrived in late September 2024, and Atlanta recorded more than 11 inches in 48 hours, a 48-hour record for the city. Creeks across the metro left their banks, and trees came down on roofs and cars all over the south side.

Those two storms explain most of the questions we get from Georgia homeowners and building owners. Does my policy pay to remove a fallen tree? Is my roof covered at replacement cost or depreciated value? Do I need flood insurance if I’m not in a flood zone? We read your current policy and answer those before we quote anything. See homeowners insurance for how wind, hail and tree damage are handled.

What our Fayetteville agents insure

Georgia accounts follow Georgia rules.

Workers' comp for Georgia employers

Georgia requires workers’ comp once a business regularly employs three or more people, part-timers and corporate officers included. We quote it for contractors, restaurants, staffing firms and warehouses. See workers’ compensation.

Retail and commercial property

Strip centers and gas stations along Highway 85, Highway 54 and the I-75 exits in Stockbridge and McDonough, written with the same carriers our Katy office uses for high-value property.

Film and production vendors

Equipment rental, set construction, catering and transport companies working the studios need general liability, equipment coverage and commercial auto that meet production certificate requirements.

Family auto and home

Georgia requires at least 25/50/25 liability on every car, which rarely covers a serious crash. We quote higher limits with more than 30 auto carriers and bundle with your homeowners policy where the carrier allows it.

Yes. treeinsuranceagencyga.com was the Georgia office’s old website, and it now points here. You’re dealing with the same agency, the same Fayetteville office and the same people. The info@treeinsuranceagencyga.com email address still works, and policies written through the old site are unaffected.

Usually yes when the tree damages a covered structure, such as your roof or garage. Most policies pay for the damage plus a limited amount for tree removal. A tree that falls in the yard without hitting anything is often not covered, or only up to a small limit. Your policy’s debris removal section has the numbers.

Yes, if you regularly employ three or more people, counting part-time workers and corporate officers. Employers below that number can still buy it, and many general contractors require it from their subcontractors regardless of size. We’ll check your headcount and contracts, then quote it.

Yes. The Fayetteville office covers Fayette, Coweta, Henry and Clayton counties and the rest of metro Atlanta. Most clients work with us by phone and email, so distance from Trilith doesn’t matter. We also write Georgia businesses outside the metro.
