Get a quoteEither office can quote any line we write. Local knowledge is the reason to pick one, and the toll-free line reaches both.
Houston’s west side and the wider Gulf Coast: commercial property and wind, Texas security guard companies, trucking out of the I-10 and Highway 290 corridors. See the Katy office page.
Fayette, Coweta, Henry and Clayton counties and the rest of metro Atlanta: Georgia workers’ comp, retail property, contractors and family auto and home. See the Fayetteville office page.
North Texas accounts go to our Texas agents: trucking out of the Alliance corridor, guard firms and hail-exposed property. See the Dallas–Fort Worth page.
Outside those three metros, call the toll-free line and an agent will pick up your file. Most of our work is done by phone, email and e-signature anyway.
Our toll-free line, (888) 994-7692, reaches a licensed agent in either office. Each office also keeps its own local number, listed above. If you’d rather sit down in person, call ahead for an appointment so the agent who handles your type of policy is there when you arrive.
Clients in our other eight licensed states work with us the same way, without a local office. The States We Serve page lists them.
No. Most clients never come in. We quote by phone and email, send documents for e-signature and take payments online. If you’d like to meet in person in Katy or Fayetteville, call ahead and we’ll set a time, including after hours on request.
Yes. Both offices write in all 10 states where Tree Insurance Agency is licensed, so either one can quote a Georgia business. For Georgia accounts, the Fayetteville office usually handles the file because its agents work with Georgia requirements such as workers’ comp for employers with three or more regular employees every day.
Both offices are open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time: Central time in Katy and Eastern time in Fayetteville. After-hours and weekend appointments are available on request. Outside office hours, you can still request a quote online and we’ll reply the next business day.
No. Our only corporate offices are in Katy, Texas and Fayetteville, Georgia. Dallas–Fort Worth clients work with our Texas agents by phone and email. We’re licensed in eight more states (Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Ohio, Virginia, New Mexico, Maryland and South Carolina) and serve clients there by phone and email.
